Take The 30 Day Good Health Challenge

Get healthy and feel good about yourself by taking the 30 Day Good Health Challenge. Research shows that the impact of good health on your quality of life is far-reaching, regardless of your age, sex, or physical ability. This challenge is to self examine your unhealthy habits/behaviours whether its your eating, your lack of exercise, smoking, not feeling good about yourself, not being a better person, mistreating others, showing no empathy or compassion for others, mean spirited or showing jealousy. The last few maybe a big surprise, but negative behaviours like these are unhealthy and they can greatly affect our well-being. 

When you have find what your unhealthy habits are and what you want to modify, write them down and start making the changes. Over the next 30 Days you can also follow these simple step to becoming a healthier you.
  1. Eat Real Food – Start consuming a nutrient dense diet if you aren't already and avoid processed foods.
  2. Eat healthy fats, they are good for you
  3. Eat healthy protein
  4. Drink and use clean water – Avoid chemicals in drinking water with a quality water filter and neutralise chemicals in bath or shower water.
  5. Exercise 
  6. Reduce your stress
  7. Get a good night sleep
  8. Let go of toxins to the mind, body and spirit (i.e. letting go of the places, things, people etc that are negative energy in your life)
  9. Be Happy – Don't take life too serious
  10. Do something Fun
  11. Mediate 
  12. Be kind to each other (this is something we have forgotten as humans)
